You are free to hire any vendors you’d like. After booking, we’ll share vendor recommendations and connect you with our Details Coordinator, who will gather your vendor info and pass it to our Venue Manager a week before your wedding.

The Venue Manager handles setup for items provided by Rocky Hill and manages chair transitions during cocktail hour. Personal décor and rented items (e.g., tents, drapery) must be set up by your assigned team or the vendor's team. Ensure all setup arrangements are confirmed in advance.

*A day of coordinator is REQUIRED.

Pricing

2025 pricing ranges from $5,700–$9,900, with higher costs for holiday weekends and peak season (May–September).

Additional fees apply for load-in/setup days. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to book, with the balance due 30 days before your event.

Payment plans may be available for events booked far in advance.

house rules

Rocky Hill staff will clean up only venue-provided items (tables, chairs, linens). Guests and vendors must exit by 10:30 p.m., and all personal items (e.g., décor, bouquets, leftover drinks) must be picked up by an assigned contact, who should meet with the Venue Coordinator. Rocky Hill assists with loading personal items into your assigned contact’s vehicle at the Loading Zone. Vendors handle their own takedown, and all belongings must be removed by 10 a.m. the next day.

Rocky Hill is an indoor/outdoor venue, so outdoor setups are weather-dependent, and fire risks are significant in the Gorge. Please follow these rules to ensure safety:

  • No fires during fire bans.

  • Candles must be in containers with a base; no open flames or candelabras.

  • No petal-lined aisles; flower girls may toss petals (cleanup fees apply for excessive petals).

  • No confetti, feathers, rice, sparklers, or sky lanterns; use lavender or bubbles instead.

  • Smoking is only allowed near the large water fountain; $50 fee per cigarette/cannabis bud found.
